Myriam discussed her journey with the outlet, saying, “As someone who has lost 33 pounds and continues to work toward other fitness goals, I prioritize lighter, more satisfying fast food items to help me stay full.”

‘Fortunately, eating lighter meals on the go doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste or convenience.

“By choosing wisely at popular fast food chains, I can still eat delicious, balanced meals that support my taste buds and health goals.”

Her first fast food dish to fit her regimen was Subway’s tuna footlong, which she tailors to be packed with veggies.

‘My favorite sandwich order consists of lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, pickles, green and banana peppers and black olives.

β€œThe finished sub is packed with protein and fiber, which keeps me nourished and satisfied,” the lifestyle influencer revealed.

Myriam said that to make the meal last even further, she only eats half at a time – saving the other for later.

Next up was McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish which she claimed was “packed with protein.”

Myriam explained that she was also a fan of Panera's Mexican corn chowder, which is served with a bun

She praised the soup-sandwich combo for offering the feeling of comfort food without being too high in calories.

Chipotle’s vegetable bowl is also a favorite diet dish for Myriam β€” as she labeled it “super budget-friendly” and a “flavorful meal that I can feel good about.”

She elaborated, β€œI usually order a bowl, which is a wealth of fiber from rice and beans. I also love adding a pop of flavor to salsas and vegetables.’

She concluded, “I order mine with tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole and protein-packed black beans and finish the meal with spicy avocado-verde salsa and hot sauce.”

‘It’s perfect when I’m between meetings or errands and need a quick refresher.’
