Meanwhile, Johnny is still entangled in legal battles with his Amber Heard – as the actress fights to overturn a court’s June settlement against her.
He was awarded $10.35 million for damages after a defamation suit against his ex-wife.
But The Aquaman actress has appealed for the award to be overturned, two months after she was ordered to pay.
Amber was denied a request for a mistrial a week before, arguing that one of the jurors on the case shouldn’t have been eligible to serve because his summons was intended for his father, who had the same name and lived at the same address.
And since appealing, Depp has also made an appeal against the $2 million (£1.7 million) in compensatory damages that he was ordered to pay to her.
