Carrie Underwood fell on stage after a performance in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Sunday night.
TMZ got video of the American Idol alum walking offstage after her headlining performance at the Carolina Country Music Fest — before she fell while walking down the stairs at the back of the platform.
‘She fell!’ Immediately afterwards, several fans could be heard observing.
But Carrie, 41, seems to be doing well now; Since that evening, she has been posting photos of her performance on Instagram and even seems to reference autumn.
“Well, last night sure was fun! And although the ending was quite unexpected, it made for an evening we will never forget! Thank you for being awesome, #MrytleBeach!!!’ Carrie, who will soon perform in Hawaii, captioned a carousel of photos from her show.

But the singer didn’t let the weather stop her from delivering an unforgettable set.
‘We won’t let a little rain stop us! We’re not letting a huge downpour stop us either,” she posted on Instagram, along with footage of her singing her hit Before He Cheats as the rain poured down.
Underwood suffered another fall several years ago that left her with 40 to 50 stitches in her face.
