Dragon Age: The Veil Guard got a cool debut trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase during Summer Game Fest 2024. Coming from Electronic Arts and Bioware, this is the first full trailer the game has received since its rename Dragon Age: Dreadwolf.
No gameplay has been shown yet, but the game looks sharp with a vibrant, eye-catching art style that sets it apart from the rest of the game. dragon age series. Popular character Varric also appears to be returning, alongside a whole host of new faces. These include Harding the Scout, Neve the Detective, Lucanis the Mage Killer, Bellara the Veil Jumper and Emmrich the Necromancer. It looks like these will be among the game’s playable party members.
The trailer also teased a release date for the upcoming game, Fall 2024, so expect it to release between the months of September and November, regardless. Once again no gameplay was shown Dragon Age: The Veil Guard, but an official gameplay reveal will go live on the official dragon age YouTube channel on June 11.
It’s been ten years since the third game in the series, Dragon Age: Inquisition, launched on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The last few Bioware titles, Hymn And Mass effect Andromeda, received mixed reception. So long-time fans of the studio will no doubt be hoping for a return to form with this latest release. The art direction looks incredibly strong, so we hope the game will follow suit.
