Engadine, Sydney: Woman, 36, charged after man, 33, is found dead at apartment complex

A woman has been charged after a man was found dead at an apartment complex.

Emergency services rushed to the unit block on the Old Princes Highway in Engadine, 33 kilometers south of Sydney, at around 3am on Friday.

A 36-year-old man was found unconscious.

He died at the scene despite the efforts of NSW Ambulance paramedics.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested by police and taken to Sutherland Hospital where she underwent mandatory tests.

She was later charged with dangerous driving resulting in death, driving under the influence, negligent driving resulting in death, student not accompanied by a driver and owner does not reveal the identity of the driver/passenger.

The woman was refused bail and will appear in Parramatta Local Court on Saturday, June 8.
