And Paloma Faith kept it real again when she shared a photo of herself pumping her breast milk as she marked the release of her memoir MILF: Motherhood, Identity, Love and F*****y on Thursday.
The 42-year-old singer looked glamorous in no time as she donned a black crop top and a red skirt decorated with black flowers while using the breast pump.
The star explained that she was pumping milk while at work as her hair was styled in voluminous waves and she finished the look with a bold red lip.
She responded to the caption, “Milf is out now. Here are some photos of me pumping breast milk at work and a refrigerator full of my milk that I saved and eventually donated to a mother who was struggling to produce milk for her newborn.”

‘I wrote this book as a hug for women and an eye-opener for men. We are not as alone as we feel and sometimes we just need to know that muddling through is all we can do and that sometimes our best can be enough for our children.
Paloma appeared on Lorraine on Wednesday morning when she discussed her book and explained that she wanted to write the book to tell women ‘it’s okay’.
She explained, “I want to tell women that it’s okay. I talk about not enjoying breastfeeding, not enjoying being pregnant, about loving your children abundantly but also the desire for your own identity.’
Discussing the book’s title, she added, “The title is very important because I don’t like the word ‘MILF.’
‘I don’t agree with the use of that word. I think it’s a way of belittling women, making them believe they’re only good for two things: being a mother and being attractive.”
Paloma also revealed that she hates the word “co-parenting” and that fathers should not be “over-applauded” for “actually parenting” their children.
The star split from her ex Leyman Lahcine, 36, in 2022 after nine years together and they share two daughters.

‘But in most cases it is the woman who has to deal with the mental strain of parenthood and who has to deal with it most of the time.’
She continued, “I’m not saying I don’t think the father of my children is great, but I think we should say what’s really happening and not give the men too many compliments.
“So I don’t use the word ‘co-parent’, I say ‘oh my kids go to their dad’s a few nights a week’ and I’m so happy that they do and that they have a lovely dad,” but let’s Don’t give them too many compliments because they get it all the time… Let’s not give them too many compliments for actually parenting.”
