Jessica Alves enjoyed a day of pampering as she hit the salon before undergoing Botox injections in London on Monday.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 40, donned a plunging lace dress for the outing and showed off her dramatic transformation as she left Retro Hair.
Jessica had added extra-long blonde extensions to her luscious locks, with her hair now reaching past her peachy bottom.
She strutted her stuff outside the salon in the figure-hugging dress which she teamed with matching lace gloves and a pair of sky-high heels.
The reality star, who has had more than 100 procedures and spent more than £1million on cosmetic surgery, then headed to get her Botox and hydraulic acid ‘topped up’ as she took to Instagram to document the procedure.

Earlier this year she flew to Turkey for a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift, telling MailOnline: ‘I spend £10,000 a month on facial and body treatments to slow down my natural aging process, I find myself daily every week at a different clinic in London, which has the latest therapies to improve my skin and reverse my natural aging process, and as much as all those procedures work, they are not permanent.’
It comes after Jessica revealed she was offered a six-figure contract for a TV show in the US but was left ‘in limbo’ because the contract warrants her deleting her OnlyFans.
She moved to the US to pursue a career there but claims that despite positive feedback, she has been left in limbo by TV executives who want her to stop selling racy pictures on the adult site.
Jessica told MailOnline: ‘They love me in the US and I’ve been signed to move to the US for 15 months and host an evening programme.’
She revealed that she was offered a six-figure contract to sign with a network, but that would require her to transfer her Instagram account and delete her OnlyFans account.
Jessica explained: ‘It puts me on edge because my OnlyFans allows me to chat with real fans and also express my femininity with sexy snaps and videos.
The TV star – who rose to media fame as the Human Ken Doll before becoming a woman – still loves the US and the fans she has there.
But she’s hesitant to take the big step, preferring to focus on being “happy” and making up for “lost time” after so long.

She added: “As much as I love the US and my fanbase there, it would be like starting my life all over again.
‘I have made a successful career on TV around the world with 750 TV shows in 24 countries. Being fluent in five languages, I was on almost every TV channel in Europe.
‘But at this stage of my life – soon to be 41 – my ambition is to be happy, have fun and make up for lost time because my real life started too late in life.’
Earlier this year, Jessica revealed she would be appearing on a Loose Women-style chat show for NBC after previously appearing on Spanish-language series in the past.
She revealed: ‘I’ve been offered a contract with NBC to host my wife’s chat show – the format is very similar to Loose Women in the UK – where I’m the presenter.

“The show is in English, but also in Spanish, since more than half of the United States is Spanish-speaking. Now we are just working on its legality.”
