Alec Baldwin, 66, looks in high spirits during errand run with wife Hilaria, 40, in NYC – as it’s confirmed he WILL go to trial for fatal Rust shooting
Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin were spotted running errands in New York City on Friday.
The 66-year-old actor – who will appear in court on manslaughter charges over the 2021 Rust shooting in July – was dressed casually in a gray polo shirt and gray trousers.
The father of eight, who recently spent time with his first-born child Ireland, added black leather loafers.
His white-gray hair was cut short and slicked back, and he was clean-shaven for the outing.
Meanwhile, his 40-year-old wife, whom he married in 2012, was stylish in light wash flared jeans and a black short-sleeved shirt.

The mother of seven looked effortlessly chic as she donned a pair of oversized black sunglasses.
She added height to her petite frame with a pair of nude pointed-toe high heels.
Hilaria’s dark, highlighted hair was worn down, styled in a center parting and loose, bouncy curls falling over her shoulders.
The couple were seen without their brood: daughters Carmen, 10, Maria, three, and Ilaria, 16 months, and sons Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, five, and Eduardo, three.
Last week, a judge denied a request to dismiss Alec’s manslaughter case for the October 2021 death of cameraman Halyna Hutchins.
Hutchins succumbed to a gunshot wound from a prop gun that went off on the Rust film set while in Alec’s hands.
Baldwin faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer in New Mexico rejected the arguments of the star’s attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, according to Variety.
One accuser, Kari Morrissey, stated that “the actor is responsible for the firearms once he gets his hands on them.”

Alec pleaded not guilty prior to the trial and has also denied pulling the trigger on the gun and that it was his responsibility to ensure the gun was safe.
In April, Rust gun guard Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison for Halyna’s involuntary manslaughter.
Shortly afterwards, an expert speculated that her punishment was “a bad sign” for the actor.
Alec was offered a plea deal last year that would have kept him out of jail in connection with Hutchins’ manslaughter.
The offer was made on October 5 and Baldwin was given until October 27 to decide, but prosecutors withdrew the offer on October 17.
