Foxwell State Secondary College female students are targeted in ‘vile’ social media post ranking their appearance: ‘Abduction material’
Yet another high school is part of an investigation after a list of female students based on their appearance circulated on social media.
The Instagram post – which has now been deleted – ranked some students from Foxwell State Secondary College in Coomera on the northern Gold Coast into categories such as ‘kidnapping material’, ‘one night stand’, ‘average’ and ‘unrapeable’.
Investigations by the Queensland Department of Education are ongoing.
“The department will conduct a full investigation into the incident involving this despicable post and any state school student found responsible will be held accountable for their actions,” a spokesperson said.

‘Anyone who has any knowledge or information is encouraged to get in touch and provide it to the school.’
The spokesperson said the school was notified of the post on Wednesday and took immediate action to have it removed.
“At this stage there is no indication that the post was made by a member of the school community,” she added.
A mother of a 16-year-old girl who attends the school and was posted said she was deeply disturbed by the incident.
“I just don’t understand how people think it’s okay to make up these categories and then put young girls in them,” she added.
“It’s just horrifying.”
Her daughter was one of about 17 students included in the post.
She said the original had been taken down, but the material was still being shared.
“It’s such a vulnerable age to be dealing with this – I don’t know how these girls will get over this or how long it will last,” a mother of a student said of the social media post (stock image)
“It’s everywhere, people have screenshotted it and reposted it on their Facebook or Instagram,” the woman said ABC news.
‘It is such a vulnerable age to have to deal with this. I don’t know how these girls are going to get over this or how long it’s going to last.”
The police are also investigating the incident, a spokesperson confirmed.
It’s the latest despicable list of female students found in Australian high schools in the past month.
On May 16, a humiliating list ranking the alleged promiscuity of teenage girls was found at a Melbourne school.
The list, found on the back of a bathroom door in the girls’ bathroom at Brentwood Secondary College, a co-educational school in Glen Waverley, listed girls while describing them as ‘s***s’.
Just a day earlier, a separate list was found at McClelland College in Frankston, in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.
A student made the list assessment of female students entering high school based on their appearance and is made on a student’s computer.

On May 1, a list was posted on social media by students at Yarra Valley Grammar School in Victoria, ranking their female peers from ‘female’ to ‘unrapable’.
The shocking list featured photos of female students and ranked them from best to worst as ‘wifeys’, ‘cuties’, ‘mid’, ‘object’, ‘get away’ and ‘unrapeable’.
Queensland’s education department has offered counseling to affected students and families.
