Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be released on PS4 and Xbox One, a new leak suggests
New Duty: BlackOps6 leaks have seemingly revealed Activison’s plans for a cross-gen release of the game.
As reported by VGCdataminers have discovered files after the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 seems to indicate which platforms will be the next big ones Duty game will be released, as well as a number of editions.
According to the files it is BlackOps6 will be a cross-generational launch, meaning the game will not only be coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but also to PS4 and Xbox One.
The leaked screenshots, which are now circulating onlinealso reveal that players will be able to choose between two editions, the Standard Edition and the Vault Edition, and that a ‘cross-gen bundle’ will also be available.
There isn’t much information about what each edition includes, but from looking at the image, it looks like the Vault Edition will come with more cosmetic skins and other perks and will likely cost more than the Standard Edition.
It looks like it too Modern Warfare 3 And War zone will see one Fallout collaboration sometime during season 4. According to the filethe collection is called the ‘Tracer Pack: Fallout Vault Dweller’, while the image shows a group of Operators dressed in the iconic blue and yellow Vault Tech jumpsuit, equipped with a Pip-Boy and themed weapons.
Earlier this week, Microsoft unveiled and announced a brand new live-action teaser trailer Call of Duty: Black Ops6 arrives on Xbox Game Pass day one for all members.
A full game reveal will be shown during the Duty Immediate presentation on June 9, after the Xbox Games Showcase at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST. There we’ll likely be treated to a full trailer that will hopefully show off the gameplay, characters, setting, and more.
