Joe, Jill and Hunter lead Biden family members at Beau’s grave to mourn nine years since his death from brain cancer… and are joined by Naomi amid pregnancy speculation
President Joe Biden and his family are honoring his late son Beau Biden on the nine-year anniversary of his death.
The president, his wife Jill, his son Hunter and other Biden family members walked by Beau’s grave after attending a private ceremony marking his death at St. Joseph at Brandywine Roman Catholic Church in Wilmington, Delaware.
Hunter’s daughters Naomi Biden and her husband Peter and Finnegan Biden were spotted together at the cemetery. Joe’s other grandchildren Natalie, Hunter, Maisy and young Beau were also among the group and first daughter Ashley and first sister Valerie flanked the pack.
Naomi’s appearance at the graveside comes as speculation swirls about whether she might be pregnant, which would make Joe a great-grandfather in the November election.
The eldest Biden grandchild, 30, has not formally announced a pregnancy, but sources in the room said it was “the talk of the state dinner” last week and she has been wearing loose-fitting clothes in recent weeks.

Peter Neal and Naomi Biden have been married for two years. She was seen here last week at the state dinner, where speculation swirled around a possible baby bump
On Thursday, Naomi wore a black peacoat that cinched at the waist and flared out, providing a creative way to hide a baby bump.
Her father Hunter is scheduled to appear in federal court Monday for the start of his long-awaited gun crimes trial, which is casting a shadow over Joe’s re-election campaign.
Hunter has a separate federal tax crime trial in California set to begin in September, just weeks before the general election.
Beau Biden struggled and eventually succumbed to brain cancer caused by his time in the military.
On Monday, the president paid tribute to Beau and laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in commemoration of Memorial Day.
Biden reflected on the loss of his own son Beau as he delivered remarks honoring military members in the auditorium at Arlington National Cemetery.
‘I know how difficult it can be. It takes you back to the exact moment you received that phone call, heard the knock on the door, or held your hand as your last breath was taken.
‘I know, it hurts.
“It’s been nine years this week since I lost my son, honey. Our losses are not the same. He did not die on the battlefield. He was not only a victim of cancer, but also a burn.
Biden said he remembers Beau’s pride in his “sense of duty.”

“That was my son’s code and the credo that you all lived by,” he said, referring to the veterans in the audience.
‘Generations of faith-based soldiers have been followed into battle on the terrains around us by fallen heroes from every major conflict in history.
“To defend our independence, to preserve our union, to defeat fascism, to build powerful alliances, to fan the flames of two world wars.

On Sunday evening, Joe Biden stopped by the house of Hallie Biden (Beau’s widow and Hunter’s ex-girlfriend).
The visit comes just a week before she is scheduled to testify at Hunter’s trial.
Biden spent about 15 minutes at her home in Wilmington, Delaware. His motorcade stopped there en route to the Delaware National Guard Station, where Biden would take off on Marine One to return to the White House.
White House spokesman Andrew Bates said the president did not discuss the process with Hallie Biden during the visit.
“No,” he replied. “He visited her because of the approaching ninth anniversary of Beau’s death.”

In addition to Hallie Biden, Hunter’s ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and his ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan will also testify in the trial, in which Hunter faces three charges related to illegal gun possession.
If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison. He has pleaded not guilty.
