Kourtney Kardashian’s sister Khloe was left speechless as she revealed the shocking gift she made for her husband Travis Barker.
The reality personality, 45, revealed to her younger sister Khloe, 39, that she gifted her husband a vial of her own blood as a romantic gesture.
The couple is known for their extravagant gifts, which previously included rooms full of flowers and diamond jewelry.
But things took a bizarre turn when Kourtney revealed they had given each other vials of their own blood during this week’s episode of The Kardashians.
During the beginning of the episode, Kourtney, who was on bed rest after a “rare” fetal surgery on her unborn child, was visited by Khloe.

The couple, who married in 2022, are known for their extravagant gifts, which have previously seen rooms filled with flowers and diamond jewelry.
Kourtney showed Khloe a scrapbook she made for Travis, which highlighted memories of their three-year relationship.
After Khloe looked through the book, Kourtney said, “Did you see my blood vial in there?” leaving Khloe speechless and temporarily lost for words.
Khloé looked confused and replied, “What? No.’ Kourtney encouraged her to take another look, and Kourtney replied, “Look at the blood,” before asking, “Is it real blood?”
When Khloe asked why they gave each other their blood in the first place, Kourtney said, “Just to like each other.”
During the confessional, Khloe said, “Wanting to show off your blood vials is also like, OK, if you feel like it, but… it’s really Billy Bob Thornton of them.”
‘And, do I want to use a tube of blood every minute of the day? Not for me, but that’s what makes the world go, we’re all different. Continue being your bad self!’
The bottles also received a visceral reaction from Kourtney’s boyfriend Simon Huck, who revealed his shock when she told him about it.
He exclaimed, ‘It’s sick. I don’t even want to comment on it. And is there still blood in it? Kourtney confirmed that this was the case, leaving Simon wondering, “Are you okay?” Is that right, healthy and safe?’

The couple may have been inspired by their friends Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who also exchanged blood donations during their relationship.
They are currently on a break after calling off their engagement, but when they were together, Megan gave MGK a necklace containing her blood.
In a previous conversation with Ellen DeGeneres, MGK explained that Megan gave him the gift before he left to shoot a movie.
He said, “Well, she actually went out of town to film a movie, and this was really new in our relationship.”
“I didn’t have a passport either, so she went to Bulgaria, and so I got a little scared like, ‘You’re leaving and I can’t even come to you.’ Some people give a handkerchief to their partner. She gave me her DNA.”
In February 2021, MGK revealed that he wears Megan’s blood on a chain, taking to Instagram with some sweet memories and a passionate Valentine’s Day tribute to the Jennifer’s Body star.
He shared a photo of the unique transparent jewelry, with a red stain, with the caption: ‘I wear your blood around my neck. my bloody Valentine.’
