Abby and Brittany are now both fifth-grade math teachers at an elementary school in New Brighton, Minnesota, where they were born and raised.

The couple share one body and from the waist down all their organs, including the intestines, bladder and reproductive organs, are shared.

Abby was first spotted wearing her wedding ring in April as she and sister Brittany enjoyed a fun day out with friends in Minnesota.

Abby controls the twins’ right arm and leg and therefore appears to have chosen not to wear her dazzling diamond engagement ring and wedding ring on the traditional left hand.
