For the occasion, she added green rhinestones around the brim of her graduation cap and wore a white and yellow patterned maxi dress.

Among the adorable snaps she posted from her big day, Ella added one of her laughing with her dad as they crossed the street together.

Another showed her beaming next to her brother, Quinn Stiller, 18, as she proudly held up her diploma.

Last week, Ella made a rare appearance with her mother and father at the Gordon Parks Foundation.

The family also recently attended a cabaret show at the Kit Kat Club on May 3 in New York City.

In 2022, Ben admitted that Ella called him out because he wasn’t present enough in her life during her more formative younger years.

“She’s pretty clear about it, and sometimes it’s things I don’t want to hear. It’s hard to hear,” the Reality Bites star and director shared Esquire.

He added, “Because I wasn’t there in the way I saw my parents not being there. And I always thought: I’m not going to do that.’

Stiller continued, “But it was the thing that I was trying to navigate through my own desire to also fulfill the hopes and dreams that I had. And that doesn’t feel good, but it is important to acknowledge.’

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben and his wife reconciled after the former couple agreed it was best that they live together during the 2020 quarantine.

“Over time it evolved,” the actor and comedian said, adding, “We got separated and got back together and we’re happy about that. It was really great for all of us. Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic.”

Being separated from his children, whether due to his professional ambitions or his initial divorce from his wife in 2017 after 17 years of marriage, has had a lasting impact on Stiller and the family.

“What I’ve learned is that your children don’t keep up with your career,” he admitted.

She continued, “Yesterday I received my BFA in Acting from Juilliard. I couldn't be happier that I finished or prouder that I survived, or I couldn't be more grateful to my family for the unwavering support that got me there and through.”

In 2016, Ben recalled that he and Taylor started their relationship when they were “both in recovery.”

Eventually, they jumped in and “got married pretty quickly.”

‘I was single. I come from a long relationship with [actress] Jeanne Tripplehorn,” he told Parade. ‘Christine also came out of a relationship. We went on a date and we hit it off.’

The pair met while auditioning for the 1999 thriller, Heat Vision and Jack.

“My wife came to audition for the role of the sexy sheriff. She had been in the Brady Bunch movies and they pushed her against me. She came in and she was amazing,” he told the outlet.
