YouTube sensation IShowSpeed said he ‘had to go to hospital’ after being spotted at the Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling race on Monday.
The annual event at Cooper’s Hill sees competitors race down a steep slope in a bid to be the first to grab a rolling 3kg wheel of Double Gloucester Cheese.
It came after the YouTuber was invited to Manchester United’s FA Cup winners party on Saturday evening and celebrated the club’s victory with several team members.
After the race he told a BBC reporter that he had suffered a leg injury, but that he did not appear seriously injured. The YouTuber also added that he finished fourth in the race.
“Tell us about your leg, did you break your leg?” a BBC reporter asked the American after the race.

“You see that blood there?” Speed said, pointing to his leg.
The YouTuber then told the reporter that he had a leg injury, adding, “It bruises and swells. So I have to go to the hospital afterwards.’
When asked if it was worth it, the YouTuber replied, “Hell yeah!” while you laugh.
“It looks scary, but as soon as that first slide is done, you think, ‘You know what, I can do this.’ And I took it, but I want to do it again, because now I know how to win.
‘I got fourth place in my first time without technique, without videos. But I did it,” he added.
He was also asked if he would try it again, to which he replied: ‘Yes!’
The 19-year-old, an avid fan of Manchester United and Cristiano Ronaldo, had been in London this weekend to watch his side secure a 2-1 victory against Manchester City in the FA Cup final.
He was also seen in a video arguing with several United supporters at Wembley after trying to stir up the crowd to cheer on his team.
Speed pointed to his leg and claimed he had suffered an injury, but added he would like to get back into the race

At the 2-0 lead, Speed had shouted to the supporters around him: ‘Come on, be wild, we are winning.
Some United fans didn’t seem to like his calls, with some standing up and shouting back at the YouTuber. Speed responded saying: ‘We support the same club!’
He added: “What the hell is he mad about. What the ***. Sit down. What’s wrong with you, brother. I should have watched the game on my own.’
After the match he was a guest at Man United’s after-party and posed for a number of photos with the squad members and manager Erik ten Hag.
