Rudy Giuliani pleads not guilty in Arizona ‘fake electors’ scheme as ex-lawyer Christina Bobb and other Trump allies are dragged into court
Former Donald Trump attorney Christina Bobb and multiple co-defendants were indicted Tuesday in Arizona after being charged with forgery and fraud as part of a “fake voter” scheme in the state.
Bobb, who recently joined the Republican National Committee as senior counsel for election integrity, looked angry as she mug shot has been taken.
Former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who was finally tried on his charges Friday after an 80th birthday event in Florida, made a virtual appearance.
Giuliani, who has also been charged in a similar case in Georgia, pleaded not guilty.
Trump attorney Boris Epshteyn, who served with Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court for the Stormy Daniels case, will be indicted next month, as will former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

Former Arizona Republican Party Chairman Kelli Ward also pleaded not guilty in Phoenix.
She and others are accused of conspiracy and fraud over their failed attempt to overturn Donald Trump’s 2020 loss of the state to Joe Biden.
She and eleven others are charged. Ward and Giuliani had their trial scheduled for October.

Giuliani made headlines Friday evening after receiving his papers, after bragging that authorities had just hours to contact him.
He also came up in the Stormy Daniels trial against Trump, when attorney Bob Costello (who is suing Giuliani for allegedly unpaid legal fees) testified about emails that he was a “back channel” for Trump through Giuliani.
Bobb is a former anchor of the conservative One America News Network. She signed a document attesting to a painstaking search of documents at Mar-a-Lago “to the best of my knowledge,” which took place before Trump was indicted in the Florida classified documents case.
