Oleksandr Usyk is hailed for ‘COLD’ ring walk prior to Tyson Fury bout… as he dons ushanka before the ‘Gypsy King’ dances on Bonnie Tyler on his way to unification fight

Oleksandr Usyk received plenty of praise for his ring walk ahead of his undisputed heavyweight title fight with Tyson Fury.

The two undefeated heavyweights faced off in Riyadh on Saturday evening as the division looked to crown its first undisputed world champion for the first time this century.

Fans waited eagerly before the fighters made their way to the ring around 11:30 PM BST, and also waited eagerly to see what the ring walks would be like.

After the national anthem of Saudi Arabia was played, the fighters made their way to the ring, with Usyk out first.

Michael Buffer announced the fighters before their strike via a pre-recorded video, with Usyk wearing a green robe and ushanka.

Fury then came out, dancing, with his father, John Fury, by his side.

He was wearing a cap backwards and was shadowboxing as he made his way to the ring, switching from Barry White to Bonnie Tyler’s Holding out for a Hero.

Upon entering the ring, he approached Usyk, who was eyeing his opponent, before heading to his corner.

Fury was cold on his entrance, seemingly enjoying himself and taking his time in what was a complete contrast to Usyk’s serious entrance.

“Usyk came out looking like a boss and Fury came out looking like me after doing nothing but side missions and skipping all the cutscenes the entire game,” one fan wrote on X.
