How to Respect in Elden Ring
You can respect your stats and attributes in it Elden Ring with an item called Larval Tears. But you’ll have to find (and defeat) an NPC before you can respect your character, and Larval Tears are a pretty rare item.

The first step in resetting your character’s stats is to play until you reach the Academy of Raya Lucaria. The Academy is located in the center of the Liurnia of the Lakes area that you will explore after completing Stormveil Castle.
Raya Lucaria’s boss, Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, will drop a memory and a Grand Rune, but doesn’t actually die when you defeat her. Instead, she becomes an NPC who hangs out there in the Raya Lucaria Library site of grace.

With the Great Rune of the Unborn in hand, return to Rennala and talk to her. Choose the Rebirth option from her menu. You are obliged use a Larval Tear be reborn. Doing this will reset all your stats to your class baseline and you can reassign them as you see fit. This is a great way to experiment with builds if you find a fun new weapon or powerful incantation. You can do this as many times as you want, as long as you have Larval Tears to spend.
