The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has demanded the resignation of West Bengal Governor Ananda Bose after the Kolkata police filed a report on the governor’s allegations of sexual harassment of an Odishi dancer. The Kolkata Police presented the report to the state secretariat in connection with a complaint filed by the woman against the governor last year. Additional Commissioner of Police Murlidhar Sharma was quoted by The Indian Express. The report was filed four days ago and relates to a complaint dating back seven to eight months.
