“The last 48 hours have shown that the foundations are quite fragile,” Postecoglou said.
”It just means I have to go back to the drawing board on some things. It’s outside (the club), inside, everywhere. It was an interesting exercise.’
Tottenham supporters chanted: ‘are you looking at Arsenal’ after Haaland’s opener in the 51st minute.
“I don’t care, buddy. I just don’t care,” Postecoglou added. “Just my observations, buddy. I’m not going to tell you because it’s for me.
‘I’m the one who has to do it. You can make your own assessment of what happened.
“I probably misinterpreted the situation as to what I think is important in your pursuit to become a winning team, but that’s okay. That’s why I’m here.’
Postecoglou declined the invitation to reveal the exact areas he needs to correct as he heads into a second season in charge, suggesting he has misunderstood what fans want.
Asked if his grievances were linked to the Arsenal rivalry, he said: ‘I’m just not interested, mate. Maybe I’m out of line, but I don’t care, I just want to win.

‘I know what is important to build a winning team, that’s what I have to focus on.
‘I can’t dictate what people do. She [the fans] are allowed to express themselves as they wish. But yes, when we have late winners in games it is because the crowd helped us.
“I already know what I want to do, I just need to make some adjustments in the way I do it.”
