A ripped James Argent showed the results of his 14th weight loss in Slough on Thursday when he flexed his biceps while playing padel with John Terry.
The event singer, 36, stripped down to his white vest and wore black Nike shorts and a funky pair of trainers to play the increasingly popular racket sport, which has been likened to a cross between tennis and squash and is played in doubles .
Under the watchful eye of his coach, Arg, who shot to fame on TOWIE in 2010, showed impressive form and swung a powerful forearm at John, 43, in Slough.
The former England and Chelsea captain looked fit in a black T-shirt and shorts, white Nike socks and white trainers.
Arg has worked hard to maintain the 14th place he lost in 2021 with gastric band surgery, after his toughest ranking was 27th.

A shirtless Arg once again showed off his slim figure as he stripped off for an ice bath during his trip to Dubai to see fellow TOWIE alum Joey Essex.
He took to his Instagram Stories to show off his toned physique in a skimpy swimsuit before diving under the icy water.
It comes after Arg revealed he is now trying to gain weight via MailOnline’s podcast Straight to the comments!
Arg explained: ‘I think you have to be very careful when it comes to someone who looks healthy. I always told myself, ‘The more weight you lose, the better,’ so ‘The leaner you are, the better,’ but that’s not really the case because there are times when you’re too thin.”
He added, “And even now I’m trying to up my protein a little bit and gain a little more weight.”
In January, Arg shared with Lorraine the secret to maintaining weight loss as he celebrated two years of sobriety.
Host Lorraine Kelly said: “You didn’t just lose [the weight]”You did something brilliant, you left it behind because that’s the hardest thing in the world.”
Arg confirmed: “I managed to hold it off,” before Lorraine continued: “You look at that person and think, ‘I don’t recognize that’.”

The reality star said: ‘I have a healthy relationship with both food and exercise. When I started the weight loss journey, I told myself it would last forever.
In January 2023, Arg underwent further surgery to remove loose skin, and the procedure left him in ‘pain’.
He told MailOnline in February: ‘I’m now confident in the bedroom… whether it’s romantic, at the beach or in clothes, across the board I’m now more confident in all those areas…
‘Whether you’re a man or a woman or have a dream body from the outside, everyone has certain parts of their body that they would like to improve, or that they don’t like, no matter who you are…
‘I have self-confidence now. Don’t get me wrong, I still want to improve and go to the gym and gain more strength, but I will definitely be confident when summer comes…
‘I went from 27 stone to 14 stone, so I lost 13 stone… I reached my target weight, but when I wanted to wear a tight-fitting top I felt conscious because of my excess skin around my stomach and sides.’
The former TOWIE star weighed 27.5 stone before undergoing stomach surgery in 2021, taking him down to a trim of 14.5 stone (pictured in 2019)
‘I knew there was nothing I could do about my skin with diet or exercise. I still wanted to feel confident, naked or around the pool.’
Arg said in April: ‘At my biggest I was 27 stone. I took the p***. Now I’m about 13.5 stone,” he said.
‘I think I was just reacting to feelings and emotions, eating and eating and then locking up, Covid, that didn’t help.’
He revealed that his doctor told him he was “on death row” when he was at his heaviest, during which time he “couldn’t tie my own shoelaces” and “found it hard to breathe.”
James also admitted he couldn’t even see his own penis, joking: “I can almost see it now.”
Being lead singer of the Arg Band is now the star’s ‘full-time job’ and things are going well – the group has performed all over the country – and even on This Morning.
The band played at Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan’s housewarming party extravanga, ‘Marcella’.
He rose to fame in 2010 as an original cast member of The Only Way Is Essex, which is currently airing its thirty-second series.
Explaining why he got so big, Arg said: ‘I think I was just reacting to feelings and emotions, eating and eating and then locking down, Covid, that didn’t help’ (pictured at the Brighton half marathon in February
