Strippers can be fined $100 for not appearing fully naked on stage and $1,000 for applying fake tan while at work, under the rules of a Queensland club.

A list of fines handed out to exotic dancers at a popular strip club has been circulating on social media, with many shocked at how the workers are being treated.

Fines also include $5 fines for every five minutes a stripper is late, $50 for being late on stage, and $100 for ending a dance early.

The women could also be sent home and fined $100 if they take tips from the waitstaff, fired if they go home with a customer, and could also be sent home or fined $50 if their ‘care’ does not meet the standard.

Any dancers who attempt a “death drop” – a move where the woman falls head first against the pole – will be fined $100.

Numerous people have claimed that the fines were handed out at the Gold Coast’s famed Hollywood Showgirls strip club, given the horrific death incident that occurred there in 2016.

Hollywood Showgirls owner Craig Duffy confirmed at the time that the dancer fell off the pole during a performance and had not broken her neck, despite rumors to the contrary.

“She fell off the pole and hurt herself, but she didn’t break her neck—she didn’t break anything,” Mr. Duffy said.

“I don’t know if she was upside down at the time, but the fact that she hurt her face would make you think she was parallel or upside down.

“All her scans have been confirmed as OK, which is lucky and we’re very happy with that.”

Daily Mail Australia has contacted the venue for comment.

A spokeswoman for the Queensland Ambulance at the time said the dancer, in her twenties, had ‘back pain’ but was in stable condition when she reached hospital.

The dancer reportedly ended up with a cut to her forehead and a black eye.

But the Hollywood Showgirls manager on duty, who would only go by his nickname Vincent Van Halen, described the accident as a “horrific fall” and that “she was very lucky.”

“She was seconds or centimeters away from a spinal cord injury. Certainly not funny,” he told the Gold Coast Bulletin at the time.

The image of the list of fines has gone viral on Reddit, with many former strippers revealing that fines for dancers were common.

“We have certainly been fined for not working on Sundays or not working match days at Suncorp (stadium),” one wrote.

‘Also the fines for arriving late or leaving too early. We also had to pay the DJ a fee before we started so if you didn’t make money that night you were out of pocket.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if most clubs have such huge fines these days.”

Another claimed that her strip club forced the dancers to drink alcohol.

“The first club I worked at would basically force you to drink and get customers to buy you drinks,” she wrote.

‘On a Fri/Sat you had to get at least 10 a night. And they would fine you $10 per drink you didn’t get. So if you stayed sober, you’ll be fined $100.’

Another said the type of fines were “pretty standard” for Brisbane clubs.

Others said they were shocked by the list and said workers in other industries would never receive such penalties.

‘What the f**k… imagine these damn fines for our normal work that we do. Don’t arrive at the office, don’t work in the office and work from home all week. Take three or more coffee breaks. Smoking too long…” they wrote.
