Gisele Bundchen is ‘deeply disappointed’ by ‘disrespectful’ portrayal of her marriage to Tom Brady in Netflix Roast – after show shocked with X-rated Joaquim Valente quip
Gisele Bündchen is ‘deeply disappointed’ and feels ‘disrespected’ by Tom Brady’s Netflix Roast show – which aired shocking comments about her new romance with Joaquim Valente.
The supermodel, 43, split from Brady, 46, in 2022 after 13 years of marriage and two children – with their union and her subsequent new relationship with Valente, 35, the butt of jokes on The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, broadcast live Sunday.
In one shocking joke, comedian Nikki Glaser said: “How bad would it be for Tom… omg just knowing your ex-wife’s new boyfriend can beat you while eating hers.”
A source said People Bundchen was outraged by the special, saying she was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday night’s roast show.”
‘As usual, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who have been affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcast.”

The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, which was part of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest, was streamed live, which Netflix touted as the first-ever roast to be broadcast live and unedited. The festivities were held at LA’s Kia Forum in Inglewood.
Nikki’s other statements included: “Tom, the only thing dumber than you saying yes to this piece of meat was when you said, ‘Hey honey, you should try jiu-jitsu.’
Nikki added, “You have seven rings… well, eight now that Gisele has given hers back.”
However, Tom did everything right and chuckled as Nikki continued to make fun of him.
Tom and Gisele — who share two children together, son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10 — finalized their divorce on Oct. 28, 2022, after 13 years of marriage.
Gisele started training jiu-jitsu in 2021, when she supposedly met Joaquim, her instructor. News of their dating was publicly confirmed in February 2024.
Among those who grilled the retired quarterback on Sunday were host Kevin Hart, Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, Drew Bledsoe, Randy Moss and Kim Kardashian.
Later in the evening, Tom got the chance to hit back at the relentless jokes as he fired back at Kim with a low blow regarding her ex-husband Kanye West.

A source told People Bundchen ‘was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday night’s Roast Show – Tom and Gisele share two children, son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, and he has son Jack, 16 with ex Bridget Moynahan
Brady, 46, referenced West, 46, when he gave his response at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles to the many celebrities who grilled him at the event on Sunday, Kim, 43, being one of them.
“I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight…not because of that, but because her kids are home with their dad,” the NFL legend said, drawing a roar from the crowd.
The reality star — who shares daughters North, 10, and Chicago, six, and sons Saint, eight, and Psalm, four, with West — shook her head at the comment and smiled demurely as she looked at the former New England Patriots quarterback, with who she was romantically linked to about a year ago.
This comes after Gisele confirmed she is dating again revealed details about her new relationship for the first time in a candid interview with The New York Timespublished on Saturday.
“This is the first time I’ve seen someone who was a friend of mine,” she admitted, without naming her new partner. ‘It’s very different. It’s very honest and very transparent.’
She also denied cheating on ex-husband Tom Brady before their 2022 divorce.

“That’s a lie,” she told the outlet.
Although she refuted the rumors, the Brazilian beauty hinted that they stem from sexism, implying that women often face more hardships during divorces than their male partners.
“This is something that happens to many women who are blamed for having the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and labeled as unfaithful.” Bundchen told the outlet.
“They have to interact with their community. They have to deal with their family. For me, of course, it’s just been a little bit enhanced.”
Gisele has previously spoken about the speculation surrounding her and Joaquim, in an April 2023 cover interview with Vanity fair: ‘I think at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure they’re going to try to tie me down to whatever.’
