NYU protestors call for ‘death to America’ and ‘long live the intifada’ in horrifying notes in their ‘Gaza’ camp
Sinister pro-Hamas flyers have surfaced on the NYU campus amid fears of rampant anti-Semitism and threatening behavior during demonstrations.
Posters reading “Death to America” and “Long Live the Intifada” have been plastered around the Manhattan University encampment in Gaza, days after more than a hundred protesters were arrested during fierce clashes with the NYPD.
Police shared images of the fliers on Friday, noting that “inflammatory literature and signage” had been observed at the “illegal encampment.”
It comes at a time when universities across America have struggled to contain pro-Palestinian protests, with aggressive policing sparking outrage as more than 2,000 arrests have been made across the country.

The NYPD also shared an image of a separate flyer, which stated that “those who call for peace are chasing a mirage.”

As colleges in New York, including NYU and Columbia, continued to see hostile clashes between protesters and police, nearby Rutgers University became among the first to end their encampment this week.
On Thursday, the New Jersey institute reached an agreement with protesters on eight of their 10 demands, including breaking ties with Tev Aviv University and creating Arab cultural centers on all campuses.
While the conflict at the Rutgers encampment apparently only extended to counter-protesters chanting “USA,” the NYPD shared images from the NYU campus showing more threatening expressions of protest.
One poster called for activists to “disrupt, reclaim and destroy Zionist business interests everywhere,” alongside: “Death to America.”

In another flyer, protesters said they had “had enough of de-escalation training – where are the escalation training?”
“We may choose to learn how to build effective barricades, how to most effectively link weapons to resist police attacks, or what type of expanding foam works best on the types of doorknobs present on our universities,” the report said.
“This is not rhetoric; this is an urgent need.”
The poster also focused on references to “outside agitators” — or “professional protesters” — who posed as students to join the cause, saying they would actually be welcomed into the movement.
“In the eyes of our enemies in the belly of the beast, we are all external agitators,” the flyer concluded.

The NYPD also shared an image of a separate flyer, which stated that “those who call for peace are chasing a mirage.”
“As for the resistance, hit them everywhere,” it said. “What kind of life is this that we live in peace with those who abuse our blood and the blood of our children, our husbands, our sisters?”
“To enemies: the time of calm you sing of will not return… you will find no truce from us.”
The menacing posters at NYU come as Jewish students from nearby Columbia University shared their terrifying encounters with protesters with DailyMail.com.
Rory Wilson, a 22-year-old history student, shared his story of staring down an anti-Israel mob that left him “stuck to the door” and fearing for his safety.
He said, “After a friend and I pushed our way into the heart of the crowd swarming Hamilton Hall, I looked out at the masked, screaming mass, illuminated by the constant flicker of cameras.
‘My adrenaline shot up.
“We started pulling out a table that was against the doors and the crowd realized we weren’t with them.
“They started accusing us of complicity in genocide and calling us idiots for risking ourselves for nothing.

‘We were pressed against the door. I’ve played contact sports in the past, so a bunch of screaming Barnard girls half my size didn’t surprise me, but then a guy all in black jumped up next to us.
‘He looked through the eye slit in his mask – and I recognized that he had harassed me a few days earlier and called me a ‘Zionist inbred’. I had no idea if he was a student or what he wanted to do.
‘He started grabbing me, wringing my leg and forcing me away from the doors. After a brief struggle he jumped away and the screaming crowd returned. Finally a friend got me out of there safely.
“Looking back now, I’m grateful to God for the opportunity to stand up to them. Still, I think it’s a shame that the university allowed the situation to develop into such chaos and intimidation.’
