Camperdown, Sydney: Drawing released of a man police are interested in speaking to after a woman was sexually assaulted in a laneway

Police in Sydney have released a drawing of a man they want to speak to about a sexual assault investigation.

A woman was walking along Missenden Road in the inner Sydney suburb of Camperdown at 1.30pm on February 11 when she was allegedly grabbed by a man.

The man then allegedly pulled the woman into a nearby alley and sexually assaulted her.

On Friday, police released a computer image of a man they say could help with their investigation.

He is described as being in his 60s, being of Caucasian appearance and having short, slicked back brown hair.

The man is said to have been wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and thongs at the time of the alleged assault.
