Multi-millionaire biohacker Bryan Johnson reveals the VERY surprising sweet treat he eats EVERY day in his quest to cheat death – claiming ingredient has taken years off his age
Biohacker Bryan Johnson has revealed one of the most surprising staples of his daily anti-aging diet: chocolate.
But the health-obsessed multimillionaire looking to cheat death isn’t talking about the same sweet treat that most people think of.
The Californian tech mogul, 46, posted a video on YouTube revealing he has put his own spin on the sweet treat.
Johnson has made headlines for his controversial and ruthless attempt to live forever, spending around $2 million a year on regimes to reverse his age, dubbed ‘Project Blueprint’.
In a recent video, Johnson showed off another Project Blueprint favorite, a stack of chocolate, and joked about how much he’d eaten in the past “three years” — before clarifying that it wasn’t a Hershey block he was aiming for.

The Californian tech mogul, 46, posted a video on YouTube in which he said he likes to eat some chocolate every now and then. However, he does have his own twist on the sweet treat
“Sometimes we don’t do the things that are good for us,” Johnson explained.
“Today I’m going to show you where something is good for us, something we want to do – and that’s chocolate,” he shared excitedly.
Johnson, who has a Blueprint store where he sells the products he uses in his anti-aging regimen, said he and his team have “scoured the world for the best cocoa possible.”
“We measured them, we tested them and we now have a version available for you,” he said.
Johnson swears by cocoa, citing its health benefits as brain health, including executive function, long-term memory and heart health.
Although he’s a big fan of cocoa, Johnson says they’re not all created equal.
‘If you want to buy high-quality cocoa, you have to pay attention to several things; firstly, it is pure cocoa; two is that you don’t want it to be damaged; three, you want to test it for heavy metals; and fourth, you want high flavonol content,” he shared.
Johnson said he used the cocoa powder in his recipes, which he swore would help reduce his biological age by five years.
He recommends mixing it with nut milk or, like him, including it in his nutritious meals.

According to Medical news todayCocoa powder is rich in antioxidants and has several potential health benefits. These include helping to lower blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart disease.
The Blueprint Cocoa costs $39 and recommends consuming it with nut milk, coffee or the brand’s own Nutty Butter.
Along with cocoa powder, the millionaire biohacker cites extra virgin olive oil – or EVOO – as a key ingredient in his quest for youthfulness.
He’s launched a few himself as part of his Project Blueprint, and claims it also adds ‘spice and fun’ to all his food.
After spending a total of $6 million to reverse his physical age, Johnson claims to have turned the clock back five years.
The tech mogul also spoke about his skincare routine, sharing that he tries to minimize the time he spends in the sun by only going outside when he can, in the early morning or evening, when the UV index is low.
According to the anti-aging biohacker, his long-term skincare routine is working and he has already aged.
“My skin age was 64 on one of the markers, and at my recent reading I think it was between 37 and 42,” he said.
Johnson now claims to have the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the fitness of an 18-year-old after taking on the highly regimented program in 2020.
His regimen includes consuming 80 vitamins and minerals per day, and eating 30 pounds of pureed vegetables per month.
