Married At First Sight RECAP: Expert Alessandra Rampolla can barely hide her ‘disgust’ when Jack and Tori arrive at the reunion together – and Australia is loving it

Married At First Sight’s controversial couple Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams received a shocked reception at Sunday night’s explosive reunion.

The couple, who spent much of the experiment defending their relationship, are said to have since split, leaving even expert Alessandra Rampolla baffled by their joint entrance.

And the experts weren’t the only ones ‘disgusted’ by the ongoing romance between Jack, 34, and Tori, 27, as viewers expressed their annoyance online.

Speculation first started among the couples when Jack and Tori arrived last, with many asking if the pair were even still together.

‘Has anyone heard from Jack? Are Jack and Tori still together?’ asked bride Lauren Dunn.

“Are Jack and Tori still together?” Eden Harper also said, to which Jade Pywell responded: “I don’t think so. Don’t know. Maybe?’

The episode then cut to clips of Jack and Tori sitting in the car on the way to the reunion, with the business development manager wondering how the other couples would greet them as a couple.

“The worst reaction we can get is, ‘Oh, are you still together?’ As if they are almost surprised that we lasted. “I think this is the worst case scenario,” she said.

Unfortunately for Tori, her worst fears came true as even the relationship experts were shocked to see the pair arrive hand in hand.

“Tori and Jack… Still together,” said expert Mel Schilling, but 50-year-old Alessandra reacted much more strongly.

One person wrote: “Alessandra’s wow and disgust makes me cry HAHAHAHA,” alongside a series of skull emojis.

Another added, “Lmao even the experts were like ‘wow…’ when they saw Jack and Tori together.”

“Tori and Jack are still together… yes, because Tori is a huge idiot!” a third commented.

“Even Alessandra is shocked that Jack and Tori are still together,” someone else said.

While another wrote: “I love Alessandra’s ‘wow’ and that facial expression that Tori and Jack are still together.”

Just hours before the reunion, MAFS relationship expert John Aiken appeared on Today to reveal which couples he was shocked stayed together during Final Vows last week.

He said he was surprised to see controversial couple Jack and Tori make it to the end as a couple.

“He was one of the guys who said some things that absolutely shocked not only the group but the experts,” he said, referring to the infamous “muzzle your wife” comments the personal trainer made earlier this season.

John revealed that the experts all expected Tori to leave the experiment because Jack was ‘too toxic’, but they were baffled when she continued to ‘defend’ him.
