Illegal migrant, 46, who has been arrested ELEVEN times and deported eight times, faces murder charges after man’s body discovered in Ohio – as angry sheriff criticizes Biden

An illegal migrant has been charged with aggravated murder in Ohio after the sheriff’s office revealed he had previously been arrested 11 times and deported eight times.

Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, 46, has been arrested for shooting and killing another man in Hamilton on Monday.

Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones said Garcia-Gutierrez has arrests dating back to 2001 and allegedly used at least seven different names and three different dates of birth.

He said the 46-year-old has entered the country illegally at least eight times and is a member of a gang.

“We have an illegal here and he’s been deported eight times in our county, and he’s committed 20 crimes,” Jones said.

“He’s gone by seven different names, and now he’s charged with murder, aggravated murder, and who knows who else he killed along the way or killed in Mexico.”

Hamilton police responded to a call on the 1100 block of South 13th Street around 2:35 p.m., where they found Fernando Reyna Oviedo, 41, with gun wounds, reported The Cincinnati Inquirer.

Oviedo was pronounced dead at the scene and an autopsy determined his cause of death was homicide.

“I can tell you this: That person would still be alive today and if you don’t think it affects you in Butler County, Ohio, we’re all border states; we are all border provinces. It’s here and we can keep going,” Jones said.

Before he was charged with the murder, police had arrested Garcia-Gutierrez for carrying a concealed weapon, possessing a weapon while intoxicated and obstruction, reported WCPO.

“We just happened to run into him and had a meeting with him. Unbeknownst to us, he had committed this murder,” Hamilton Police Chief Craig Bucheit said.

Now he faces an aggravated murder charge that could see him sentenced to up to 30 years in prison or the death penalty.

Jones had used Garcia-Gutierrez at a news conference to express his frustration over the border crisis just days before he was charged with murder.

He said the Butler County Jail has housed nearly 1,000 illegal immigrants with a total of 1,757 charges since July 1, 2021, costing them $1.8 million at home.

Jones showed a poster showing President Joe Biden, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

“Anyone who has been a victim of a crime should sue that guy (Mayorkas) if he doesn’t work for the President of the United States. You should sue him personally,” Jones said.
