Ella Ding gets married! MAFS star shocks fans as she announces she has tied the knot with partner Guy Palermo in surprise ceremony just weeks after getting engaged

Ella Ding and her partner Guy Palmero have shocked their fans by tying the knot in a surprise wedding ceremony.

The former MAFS star confirmed on Instagram on Saturday that they had exchanged vows, just weeks after announcing their engagement.

She announced that she and Guy had said “I do” on Friday, surrounded by their loved ones, in a romantic ceremony at The Prahran Arcade’s Sophia location in Melbourne.

Ella had previously claimed the party was an early celebration of her 30th birthday as she kept the surprise nuptials a closely guarded secret.

It appeared the couple hadn’t even told their guests they were planning to get married during the birthday party, with their friends sharing their surprise in Instagram captions.

To reveal the big surprise on Saturday morning, Ella and her friends shared a series of photos from the special day on their respective Instagram pages.

Ella shared a montage video of the special day on Instagram, featuring photos of her as a child interspersed with footage from their wedding.

She looked every inch the blushing bride in a stunning white dress as she gave fans an insight into the beautiful ceremony.

Ella put on a glamorous show in a stunning white dress with a sparkling chain bodice as she pulled out all the stops for her special day.

She added a pop of color to her bridal ensemble with a pair of bright red heels that matched her bold lipstick.

The man looked friendly in a black suit, with a red flower in the lapel of his blazer, as they looked as in love as ever as they exchanged their vows.

Ella gave an insight into her and Guy’s romantic wedding vows as they gushed about their love for each other in a tear-jerking video.

Ella told him, “I believe that every experience we have had in life has prepared us to be ready for each other now.

“Boy, you are my best friend and I love you so much. Thank you for choosing me and what I bring, quirks and all. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.’

While Guy said: ‘You are the most beautiful person in the world to me every day, you are my best friend, my confidant and my life partner and I will always feel blessed to have you by my side and I love you.’

Ella later changed into another dazzling ensemble for their wedding reception, as she added some more glitz to the special day.

She looked stunning in a cream sequin dress with a daring side slit and a sheer skirt as she channeled 1920s fashion for the fancy dress party.

Ella gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of silver platform heels and secured a jeweled headpiece in her brunette locks to complete the look.

The man looked dapper in a white tuxedo as they grinned from ear to ear as they cut into their two-tiered wedding cake in adorable snaps.

Their cake was adorned with an array of pearls and adorned with red flowers, while also featuring a sign that read ‘just married’.

Their wedding reception was complete with red floral arrangements and an array of candles as they celebrated with their loved ones and friends.

Their guests shared a series of sweet videos of Ella and Guy enjoying their first dance together as the newlyweds looked happier than ever.

MAFS star Domenica Calarco was among the guests at the ceremony and she shared a series of photos from the big day on Instagram.

Commenting on Ella’s post, she said: ‘Had the surprise of the century. I’m on a high. What an evening, what a couple and what a love story.’

Referring to their wedding plans, Ella’s friends had claimed they were going to her 30th birthday party, while she also shared a video of her getting a makeover on the morning of the wedding.

Their surprise wedding comes just weeks after they confirmed their engagement in February, with Guy popping the question during their morning run.

An adorable video taken by their loved ones showed the couple on their morning walk near the Royal Botanic Gardens when Guy suddenly veered off course.

He then got down on one knee and presented the ring as Ella stopped, before he jumped up and they hugged after she said yes.

Guy then revealed that all their loved ones were waiting nearby as the happy couple hugged their friends and all celebrated the engagement together.

In photos shared exclusively with Ny Breaking Australia, Ella can be seen showing off her glittering diamond ring and beaming with joy.

Ella also shared more photos from the day on her Instagram as she celebrated with her loved ones, who lovingly presented her with champagne, love heart balloons and flowers.

The couple first confirmed their romance in April 2023 and later moved in together, while also sharing a joint bank account.

In December, they welcomed a new addition when they confirmed they were the proud owners of a puppy named Yuki.

Before meeting Guy, Ella had an affair with British Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire after her romance with Mitch Eynaud ended.

Ella and Mitch, who met on reality TV show MAFS, announced their shock split shortly after the reunion episode aired in January 2022.

They had briefly reunited after Mitch left Ella heartbroken during final vows when he broke things off, but broke up for good not long after.
