Woody and Jessie came from DeQuan’s Cartoon Mascots, a children’s entertainment service in New Orleans that provides children’s favorite cartoon mascots to “visit and entertain” parties.

Children wandered aimlessly around the outdoor party, while the adults, dressed in cowboy boots, went to town with blasting hip-hop music and provocative dancing.

At one point, one of the adult female partygoers encouraged a little boy in a diaper to “slap the ass” of the life-size toy cowgirl who was bent over twerking with her hands on the floor.
