Influencer Charly Jordan stars in Jeremy Renner’s heartfelt new music video as his daughter Ava as actor marks one-year anniversary of his snow plow accident
Influencer Charly Jordan features in Jeremy Renner’s new music video as the actor marked the first anniversary of his horrific snowplow accident.
The song, titled Wait, is dedicated to his 10-year-old daughter Ava, with the model and DJ, 24, playing an older version of her as she gets married.
Jeremy has been open about his recovery after the horrific accident on January 1 and credits Ava as the reason he survived.
He was on his Lake Tahoe property when he was run over by a snowplow, suffering more than 35 broken bones, a collapsed lung and a punctured liver.
In a dedication to his daughter, the clip begins with Jeremy saying, “You are the best part of me.”

He continues: ‘You have been very inspired at such a young age. Your grace, your thoughtfulness and your constitution make me so proud.”
While Ava takes center stage in the emotional clip, she is later played by Charly, as the final scene sees Jeremy preparing to walk her down the aisle.
In December, Jeremy said he was releasing an album documenting his past year, a year of healing after a snowplow accident on New Year’s Day that nearly killed him.
“New musical diary – story of life, death, recovery, everything you learned along the way,” the Modesto, California-born actor captioned the post.
The Avengers star continued: ”Wait” burned on January 1. I can’t wait to share more with you,” with the hashtags #waitforme and #laketahoe.
The cover of the EP features the Academy Award-nominated star with his daughter Ava, 10, sitting on a dock overlooking a lake with mountains and cloudy skies framing the shot.
On New Year’s Day – exactly one year after the accident – Jeremy praised his daughter for helping him recover.
He also shared a video he and his daughter made of the song Wait from his upcoming EP Love and Titanium, which debuted on January 19.

Jeremy said he released Wait to document his past year
The post includes a photo of Jeremy hugging his daughter on New Year’s Eve while she wears a Happy New Year 2024 tiara.
‘The number one reason for my recovery is her. “I asked her to ‘wait for me’ when I first saw her on January 14 when I got home,” he began.
‘As I got better, she got better, less scared. There is simply no better motivator to recover than healing your family and friends,” he added.
‘Always with gratitude, thank you all for your love and support this past full year. I needed every ounce of goodwill and prayer,” Jeremy told his 21.2 million followers.
“I hope you enjoy the video we made from the ‘Love and Titanium’ EP coming out January 19th,” he concluded.
Although Jeremy is best known for his acting, he is also an accomplished musician: the actor performed as a singer-songwriter, guitarist, keyboardist and drummer early in his career, appearing in Sons of Ben.
The actor made headlines around the world on New Year’s Day when it was reported that he was crushed by a massive snow plow outside his Lake Tahoe home.
He suffered more than 35 broken bones when he was crushed under a 14,000-pound snow plow.
His road to recovery has been an inspiration to many as he debuted his new Disney Plus series Rennervations earlier this year.

However, a source close to the actor told Ny Breaking in March that Jeremy’s Hollywood career is no longer a “priority” for him.
“While he still loves acting, Hollywood just isn’t a priority for him anymore,” the source revealed.
“He believes he survived the accident so he can use his platform to make real change in the world.
“He’s very proud of the work he’s done, but this whole situation has really shown him that he could do so much more to help others,” the insider said.
