She said, “It was an honor to host an incredible evening of reflection and mindfulness led by my dear friend and teacher Bob Roth.
‘Ten years ago, a friend introduced us to Bob at a crucial moment: while awaiting the arrival of our son Joseph. Although I have explored various meditation techniques over the years, I am invariably drawn back by the simplicity and deep serenity cultivated by my Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice. TM effortlessly weaves inner peace, mental clarity and resilience into the fabric of my daily life.
‘I want Dr. Special thanks to Nader, the distinguished successor of the revered Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, for sharing his profound insights into consciousness and the practical applications of TM in our daily lives.
‘Gratitude fills my heart for a special evening with friends and family.’
