Travis Kelce slams brother Jason’s ‘bulls***’ reason for not cheering the Chiefs in next year’s Super Bowl – as the retired Eagles star reveals the one way he would want Kansas City to LOSE
Jason Kelce revealed where his true loyalties lie when asked to choose between his brother Travis Kelce and his Philadelphia Eagles.
The legendary Eagles center, 36, will watch next season’s Super Bowl from the stands after announcing his retirement from the NFL early this month.
He hung up his cleats after an incredible 13-year career that included being on the losing side of a Super Bowl showdown against Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs last year.
But even though he won’t be on the field next year, Jason claimed he would be sticking with his beloved Philadelphia and not his own brother if Super Bowl LIX turns out to be a rematch of the big game of 2023.
“I will of course root for the Eagles because first and foremost I will always be an Eagle,” he emphasized when asked who he would support in the hypothetical situation in their field. New Heights podcast.

Travis and the Chiefs will be looking to make history next season in search of a Super Bowl three-peat
“I will still root for Travis to have a good game because he is my brother,” he added. “But in this scenario, I’m definitely going to cheer for the Eagles.”
In the background, an irritated Travis could be heard grumbling, calling Jason’s decision “bulls***,” before bitterly adding, “Good luck with your Eagles.”
If Jason’s wish for the Chiefs to fall to the Eagles were to come true, Kansas City would fail to seal a historic three-peat.
In their triumph over the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas last month, the Chiefs were crowned back-to-back champions, becoming the first to do so since Tom Brady’s New England Patriots in 2003 and 2004.
Travis and co. Launched a second-half comeback in 2023 to beat Jason and the Eagles 38-35, which could be the first win of a three-peat if they can replicate their success again from last year.
During the rally and Union Station in Kansas City at the end of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade, quarterback Patrick Mahomes called for a “three-peat.”

“They all doubted us,” Mahomes said. ‘I don’t want to hear otherwise. But you know who came through in the end? That’s the Kansas City Chiefs!’
Jason’s loyalty to the Eagles would match that of his wife Kylie, as the Philadelphia native adamantly stayed with the team last season even after they were eliminated.
The mother of three, along with her husband, cheered on her brother-in-law, along with Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift, during the playoffs after the Eagles were eliminated by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card round.
However, she refused to wear Chiefs merchandise and settled for the Red University of Cincinnati – the brothers’ Alma Mater – to show her support.
