Elizabeth Hurley admits she felt ‘liberated’ stripping off for a racy sex scene directed by her son Damian: ‘Having him there meant I felt safe and looked-after’
Elizabeth Hurley has revealed she felt ‘liberated’ as she stripped off for a racy scene in her son Damian’s directorial debut.
The film, titled Strictly Confidential, shows the actress, 58, getting very hot with another woman.
In the trailer, Elizabeth’s character Lily is seen being seduced by Natasha, played by young actress Pear Chiravara.
But instead of being embarrassed by the intimacy of the scene, the Austin Powers star explained that Damian, 21, made her feel comfortable on set and described it as “relaxing” to have someone behind the camera who ” looked out for her’.
Speaking to Access, Elizabeth explained: “The things his script called for me to do weren’t necessarily things I’d always done a lot in films.

Strictly Confidential shows the actress getting steamy with another woman, in scenes filmed and directed by her son, a model and aspiring filmmaker
“But having him there made me feel safe and cared for, and I knew he would take care of me in (post-production).”
She added: “So actually it’s a bit liberating to work with your family. Maybe I’ll do it again.’
Meanwhile, Damian told Access that while people found him shooting his mother in skimpy outfits “controversial,” he didn’t see it that way.
He said: ‘Show business has been a fundamental part of my whole life. So it’s nothing for us. She takes my pictures, I take hers.’
The mystery drama follows Mia, played by CBBC star Georgia Lock, as she is drawn into a ‘world of sex, duplicity and betrayal’ as she tries to unravel the mystery surrounding her best friend Rebecca’s suicide.
The trailer shows Mia returning to the exotic Caribbean island where Rebecca died, and in addition to uncovering old passions, she vows to learn the truth about her friend’s death.
This isn’t the first time Elizabeth has starred in one of her son’s projects. She also flew to Saint Kitts and Nevis for his short film The Boy on the Beach.
In 2018, she revealed that the secret photographer behind her seemingly endless stream of bikini Instagram posts was in fact her only son.
Elizabeth explained that Damian, 21, made her feel comfortable on set and described it as “relaxing” to have someone behind the camera “looking out for her.”
She added that it was “liberating” to work with family and that she would reconsider, while he said he did not find their relationship “controversial,” which some people have expressed.

Damian’s shadow is even visible in some images, where she frolics on the beach in a two-piece swimsuit.
She made the revelation after uploading a series of sizzling holiday snaps of herself braless and in a bikini for Valentine’s Day.
The actress, who shot to fame at the age of 29 with her Estee Lauder cosmetics campaign, stunned her 833,000 followers with the suggestive images, but some were unsure how to take her confession, with several calling the relationship ‘weird’.
According to The Sun, Elizabeth said: ‘(Damian) definitely takes a few, but I do have other friends that I can torture for some too.’
Strictly Confidential will be released in cinemas and on Prime Video on April 5.
