Never mind the races, who won in the style stakes? As Cheltenham comes to a close, the best (and most memorable) fashion displays from the festival
After racegoers at Cheltenham upped the style stakes in a battle for the best dressed over the past four days, it has produced some stunning outfit combinations.
The outfits are inspired by great designers such as Chanel, with the racecourse awash in houndstooth in black and white and lots of colour.
Jade Holland Cooper turned heads in her traditional beige tweed three-piece suit, which she teamed with a crisp white blouse, crimson tie and olive suede heels.
Another racegoer oozed style as she wore a hat with a large black bow, oversized sunglasses and a kimono-style jacket with different animals printed on it. She showed off her graceful figure by cinching her waist with a corset that brought the look together.
Unlike Royal AscotCheltenham does not have a strict dress code and instead tells guests that ‘style is as individual as you’ and encourages them to put on their ‘best outfits and favorite accessories’.
