The 45-year-old reality star – who has 6.3 million followers on social media – shared a video montage of her experience at ‘one of the best spas’ she has ever been to: ‘This was truly a dream!’
The 70-minute VIP treatment costs $125 and includes a foot soak, scalp massage, facial massage, neck and shoulder massage, hand massage, skin care, facial mask, shampoo and steamy hair restoration.
Kim’s post was likely a paid partnership, but her fans still blamed her for spending frivolously instead of focusing on paying off taxes, credit cards, banks and a delinquent mortgage on her five-bedroom Alpharetta mansion worth $880,000.
That same day, TMZ reported that Zolciak and her estranged second husband Kroy Biermann were ordered to pay $2,500 each to a court-appointed parental suitability evaluator after one of their children called the police on their heated argument last November.

The evaluator is authorized to interview all family members, make home/school visits, inspect all types of data (police, medical, school, DFCS), make copies of the data and consult professionals.
The on/off couple filed for divorce from each other in May, but reunited for a fancy meal at Mezza Luna Pasta and Seafood in Smyrna on November 11 to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary.
Kim (née Kimberleigh) previously accused Kroy of emotional abuse and smoking marijuana around their children, and he had accused her of calling him trash in front of their children and having an online gambling addiction.
