Married At First Sight bride Eden Harper has revealed why she decided to reveal Sara Mesa’s ‘secret affair’.
Last week, Eden accused Sara of secretly meeting an ex-boyfriend behind her TV husband Tim Caldwell.
Speaking to Ny Breaking Australia, Eden, 28, admitted that although she had a good relationship with Sara at the beginning of the experiment, she soon realized that their morals did not match.
She said she felt the need to do the right thing for Tim, Jayden and herself.
“I was definitely Sara’s friend and I knew I was going to lose that friendship, but there were three other things I had to worry about at that moment,” she explained.

Speaking to Ny Breaking Australia, Eden, 28, admitted that although she had a good relationship with Sara at the start of the experiment, she soon realized their morals did not match.
“I was definitely Sara’s friend and I knew I was going to lose that friendship, but there were three other things I had to worry about at that moment,” she explained.
“Personally, I think these three reasons are much more important than my relationship with Sara.”
The hiring manager described the agonizing week leading up to her decision to expose the affair.
“I don’t really know what to do,” she said.
Despite pressure from producers and her partner Jayden to bring it to light sooner, Eden said she needed time to process things.
‘I didn’t tell them. I didn’t tell Jayden. “I really had to think about how I wanted to approach it,” she said.

Motivated by past pain
“I’ve been in Tim’s position before, where my partner cheated on me and no one told me,” she said.
‘It was very difficult for me to do. ‘
Eden vehemently denied that her actions were motivated by a desire for more screen time.

“I actually felt like the production was really supportive,” Eden said.
‘I didn’t do it because of the production. I didn’t do it for airtime. “I did it because it was wrong and it’s just a matter of right and wrong,” she said.
“As for Jayden, he’s very emotional. He’s reactive.’
Eden said the couple is now doing their best to remain civil for the sake of others.
“I definitely feel like I tried to be polite to her and say hi and stuff. At some dinner parties coming up, you will see her ignoring me,” she said.
According to Eden, Sara is now ignoring her.
“I actually felt like the production was really supportive,” Eden said
