After the show, she took to Instagram and said sharing her baby news with her fans was an “unforgettable experience.”
She wrote: ‘It’s been over a week since the show at the Kentish Town Forum. Immediately afterwards I had a little break.
‘It was so incredible to share our news with you personally in this way. What a unique and unforgettable experience. I love you very much.’
Eliza later shared a photo of herself and her partner, film director Charlie Robins, who has worked on some of her music videos.
Next to a photo of them, she wrote: “Mom and dad.”
The Westminster-born artist rose to fame with his debut single Skinny Genes in April 2010, which was quickly followed by the UK Top 5 hit Pack Up.

The singer continued, “It was really fun and exciting, you know; we were rushing, we were doing this pop thing. But I always found myself pitted against them and feeling like I wasn’t being true to myself in some way.
“In the end it wasn’t for me, I’m too controlling and I want to be able to make music the way I want to,” she concluded.
In 2022, Eliza self-released her fourth album A Sky Without Stars, after leaving her Parlophone label after her first two albums.
Eliza explained Official charts: ‘For me, that environment did not benefit my creativity. I just wanted to go out on my own, hence the name change. It was like becoming a solo artist.
‘I’m still very proud of those songs and I love them. But looking back, I had to get out. It was enough for me.’
Speaking about the release of A Sky Without Stars, she added: “I was very young (when I released the earlier stuff), and now I’m more connected and energized with what I care about and what I create; where it’s personal issues or my wider community, those are the things I want to sing about. I want to help change the world for the better, in my own small way.”
Eliza later shared a photo of herself and her partner, film director Charlie Robins, who has worked on a number of her music videos, with the caption: “Mom and Dad”
‘I want to make something that feels like it goes to a deeper place. I think that would be the right word. All the songs may be about different things, but the intention is the same.’
Eliza also previously revealed that she had trouble letting go when it came to the recording process.
“I’m definitely a bit of a control freak, especially when it comes to my music or other creative things,” she said Debt magazine.
‘But I’m trying to let it go a bit. It’s important to let people in who can take you to the next level and make you the best you can be.”
