It was an action-packed, drama-packed night for Celebrity Big Brother on Friday night after Gary Goldsmith became the first contestant to be evicted from the house.

However, the drama didn’t stop when presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best were left in complete shock after a celebrity guest dropped the C-word twice live on air during Late & Live.

As the panel discussed the growing tensions between Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Zeze Millz, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Danny Beard confessed that they believe the pair will nominate each other again in the next eviction vote.

Danny explained: ‘I think Ekin-Su wants to impress Sharon and Louis and if Louis keeps saying, “Oh, I don’t like her, she sounds like an act, she looks like an act”.’

As there was an awkward atmosphere in the studio and AJ and Will struggled to hide their shock, Danny exclaimed, “Oh can I say that?”

Danny Beard said the C-word twice as the presenters were momentarily speechless before Will explained: ‘No, that’s the one thing you can’t say’ as he apologized to viewers

Trying to take control of the situation after being momentarily rendered speechless, Will said, “No, that’s the one thing you can’t say,” as he apologized to viewers.

“We’re sorry Danny used a certain word, but it’s done, it’s in the past and we’re not going to say it again.”

AJ added, “We’re sorry about that. That’s the pressure of live TV’.

Danny was left shocked as they covered their faces in shame and repeated, “I’m so sorry.”

They even got up to leave the studio because the hosts assured them it was okay, but they were sorry if anyone felt offended.

Fans took to Twitter and went wild over the hilarious blunder.

One exclaimed: ‘Oh my god Danny Beard uses the C word on #BBLL #CBBUK.’

A second joked: ‘Obsessed with Danny Beard saying c**t live on ITV2 in front of Kate Middleton’s uncle…twice.’

Danny was mortified as he covered his face in shame and repeated, “I’m so sorry.”

Will continued, “We’re sorry Danny used a certain word, but it’s done, it’s in the past and we’re not going to say it again.”

There was an uncomfortable atmosphere in the studio and guest Oti Mabuse also looked shocked

Danny saw the funny side himself when they reposted a tweet on Twitter poking fun at ITV news reporter Nina Hossain, who was forced to apologize on Friday after accidentally calling Jeremy Hunt, Jeremy C**t during the lunchtime news

A third chimed: “Danny Beard uses the C-word,” alongside a crying laughing emoji.

A fourth wrote: ‘Ahaha Danny Beard drops the C-bomb on live TV.’

Another impersonated AJ’s northern accent and wrote: “DANNY BEARD PLZZ DO NOT SWUUUUR!!!!!”

Another said: ‘I love Danny Beard casually dropping the word c**t several times live on ITV2 lmao. I mean, it’s eleven o’clock at night, so there’s definitely no need for an apology.”
