The center will bring together leading experts to reduce barriers to access to work and independence, with real employment opportunities at the end of the Employability Readiness course.

Patricia Caring said: ‘Every International Women’s Day at Annabel’s we are reminded of the enduring strength and resilience of women around the world.

‘The Caring Family Foundation strives to create a world where women overcome adversity – by creating pathways for women to be the decision-makers of their own lives.

‘Today we explored ways to drive inclusion and tackle the challenges of exclusion, following on from the discussions from our IWD event last year, which focused on equality.

Despite the progress made, women still face significant barriers, especially those who have survived domestic violence.

‘At TCFF we are steadfast in our commitment to reducing these barriers through our work in the UK and Brazil.

“Thank you to our incredible panel for sharing their experiences and showing that by supporting each other we can all create positive change and elevate the voices of women.”
