A new ad from the Trump world questions whether Joe Biden, 81, will survive a second term if he wins in November, amid mounting questions about the president’s age and fitness for office.
The Donald Trump-focused Super PAC Make America Great Again Inc. released the scathing ad against the president on the day Biden is set to deliver the 2024 State of the Union address.
The ad, titled “Jugular,” highlights Trump’s shift to the general election after winning 14 of the 15 Super Tuesday states, which ultimately caused eventual rival Nikki Haley to suspend her campaign. But she did not support the 77-year-old Trump when he left the race on Wednesday.
Clips of Biden tripping on the stairs and freezing during public appearances are peppered throughout the 30-second ad, which aired Thursday morning during a commercial break for MSNBC’s Morning Joe — from one of Biden’s favorite shows.

The president’s flubs and freezes are on the rise and are only becoming more apparent as the 2024 general election approaches in November.
On Tuesday, Biden sparked more health concerns when he froze for 15 seconds during a news conference after saying, “I have a lot of questions. I better not start with the questions. I’m going to get into trouble.’
“We can all see Joe Biden’s weakness,” the narrator of the MAGA Inc. ad notes. on after a 10-second clip of Biden’s freeze during a separate press conference on February 16.
“If Biden wins, can he even survive until 2029?” the voice asks questions and adds, “The real question is: can we do that?”
The ad, which will run Friday morning on MSNBC, CNN, Fox News and Newsmax, ends with Biden walking up the stairs to Air Force One, next to a video of Vice President Kamala Harris laughing.
Some speculate that Biden will not ultimately become the Democratic nominee, despite his assured victory in the primaries.
Republicans are fueling rumors that someone like Vice President Harris for California Governor Gavin Newsom will be selected at this summer’s Democratic National Committee convention to replace Biden in 2024.
The ad also included a clip of Biden freezing for about 10 seconds during a press conference on February 16

Biden already set the record for the oldest elected person in American history in 2020 and would further strengthen that record if he were to win a second term in November.
Trump is just four years younger than Biden and set the record for oldest president at age 70 in 2016 when he beat Ronald Reagan’s record.
Criticism over Biden’s age and his mental fitness for office has increased after a report from his own Justice Department called him an “old man” with a “bad memory.”
Special counsel Robert Hur recommended against indicting Biden in the classified documents case in his report last month, saying a jury would be unable to determine the president’s intentions with his faltering memory and “impaired assets” .
Hur said Biden had difficulty remembering the years he was vice president and details such as the death of his eldest son Beau.
