It comes after Saturday Kitchen viewers were left in tears after the BBC show paid tribute to Dave.
As tributes poured in throughout the week, the cooking show shared their own montage of Dave’s best bits as host Matt Tebbutt paid tribute to the star.
Matt spoke to the camera at the start of the show and gave the emotional speech as he started: “As I’m sure you know, this has been a very sad week as we have lost someone very close to the show. Dave Myers, along with Si King, one half of the Hairy Bikers.
“They’ve been on the show numerous times over the last eighteen years and even hosted it a few times. We were privileged to have Dave back in the studio last October after he was recovering from another round of treatment.
‘Then he bravely got back on his bike and continued his TV life with Si. But unfortunately the cancer took him from us far too soon.”
Matt then revealed the show’s plan to air an entire show dedicated to Dave at a later date.
He continued: ‘We hope to organize a full tribute show for Dave in due course, but here’s a little montage to remind you why we loved him so much.’
As the montage played, the BBC captured Dave’s sense of humor and abundant energy during his many appearances on the show.
According to accounts filed on January 31, Dave’s production company, which he owned with his wife Liliana Orzac (pictured together in 2018), was worth £1.4 million and made a profit of £200,000 in the last 12 months.
Meanwhile, his and co-star Si King’s Hairy Bikers Television was worth £92,000, bringing the late star’s total fortune to almost £1.5 million.
The hilarious clips showed Dave struggling to get a pudding out of a bowl as it fell onto the plate.
Another saw Dave demonstrate his singing talents as he belted out Don’t Cry For Me Argentina in one memorable episode.
Si and Dave’s strong friendship was also evident when Dave kissed his friend on the cheek as they showed off their effortless camaraderie.
And fans were beside themselves after watching the clip as they took to Twitter to share their condolences after being reduced to tears
Announcing the news, Si wrote: “My best friend is on a journey that I can’t follow for a while. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime’ (the couple pictured in Dave’s last photos in February)

Si announced the news of Dave’s sad passing in a heartbreaking statement on Thursday: ‘Hello everyone, I’m afraid I have some sad news to share.
“Most of you will know that Dave has been battling cancer for the past few years.
‘Last night, on February 28, 2024, with Lili, Dave’s wife, his family, good friend David and I by his side, he passed away peacefully at home.
“Everyone who knew Dave is devastated by his death. His beloved wife brought him so much happiness, as did her children, Iza and Sergiu, whom Dave loved as much as he loved himself.
“Personally, I’m not sure I can put into words how I feel right now.
‘My best friend is on a journey that I can’t follow for a while. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared for half a lifetime.
“I wish you God’s speed brother; you are and will remain a beacon in this world. I’ll see you on the other side. Love you.’
