Donald Trump, 77, confuses Biden with Barack Obama AGAIN at Virginia rally – marking the third time he’s made the same gaffe in the last six months
Donald Trump has confused Joe Biden with Barack Obama for the third time in less than six months at a rally in Virginia.
The error came as Trump addressed a crowd of thousands of supporters at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on Saturday evening.
He urged voters to come to the polls and vote for him despite his double loss in the blue-trending state in 2016 and 2020.
When discussing his Democratic opponent, he tried to target Biden for not having Putin’s respect — but he missed the point by confusing his presidents.
“Putin has so little respect for Obama that he’s starting to throw around the nuclear word,” Trump said.

“You heard that, nuclear. He starts talking about nuclear weapons today,” he continued.
Trump then described Biden as a “fool.” “We have a fool, a fool as president,” the former president said.
Trump made the same blunder a month ago during an appearance on Fox News.
While the former president was talking about “being president” and “immunity” to host Sean Hannity, he made a reference to Obama that didn’t quite fit because he was actually talking about Biden.
“If the president of the United States, and I’m not talking about myself, I’m talking about any president, should have immunity, because if you take away the president’s immunity, so important, then you get a president who does nothing will be able to do,” Trump ranted.
Then he added, “BBecause if he leaves office, the opposing party, the president, if it is the opposing party, will sue the president for something that should have been good.
“Just like Obama dropped missiles and “When they finally hit a kindergarten or a school or an apartment building, a lot of people were killed,” the 77-year-old said.
“Well, if that’s the case, he’ll end up being charged when he leaves office. He meant well, the rocket went the wrong way and other things,” he said, referring to Obama as if he were the current president.
Trump made the same foolish mistake again in November – when he told a rally in New Hampshire that Barack Obama is president, despite continually nicknamed his rival ‘Sleepy Joe’.
Trump gave a speech in Claremont, New Hampshire, where he said Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban called on “President Obama” to resign and be “replaced by Trump.”
Trump told the crowd: “The head of Hungary, Viktor Orban, very powerful inside his country and abroad, they interviewed him two weeks ago and said, what would President Obama advise?
‘The whole world seems to explode and implode. He said: “It’s very simple: he must resign immediately and be replaced by President Trump, who has kept the world safe.”
Donald Trump defeated rival Nikki Haley to win the Republican caucuses in Idaho, Michigan and Missouri on Saturday
Today’s mistake comes amid Trump’s success, as he has now cruised past rival Nikki Haley to win Republican primaries and caucuses in Idaho, Michigan and Missouri.
The networks called Idaho for the former president shortly after 7 p.m. Now that 90 percent of the votes have been counted, he leads Nikki Haley by 85 points to her 13.
The victory gives Trump another 32 delegates ahead of the Republicans’ national convention in July.
In Michigan, Trump defeated Haley in all 13 counties participating in the nominating primaries, securing a total of 98 percent of support, according to the Republican Party. It was the second part of the state nomination process.
The two races add to an earlier victory in Missouri, where the race started at 11:40 a.m., less than two hours after the meetings began.
The wins brought Trump’s total number of delegates to 247 on Saturday, more than doubling the number he had heading into the weekend.
