Fashion Designers of Latin America During Moscow Fashion Week 2024

From March 1st to 8th, Moscow Fashion Week (MFW) will host Latin American brands showcasing their new collections for the first time. The event  plays a crucial role as a platform for emerging markets, attracting icons and rising talents poised to leave an indelible imprint on the global stage. Guests of the event will witness over 120 fashion shows from Russia and 10 other countries, including Brazil, Costa Rica, Turkey, China, and India.

This season, among the standout Latin American brands shining at MFW will be AO brand  from Brazil and Ivonne Garita from Costa Rica. AO brand is known for reimagining classic silhouettes, presenting modern cuts at its show. Ivonne Garita from Costa Rica adheres to the principles of “slow fashion,” creating exquisite garments inspired by her country’s culture and focused on sustainable consumption and environmental protection.

The shows of Moscow Fashion Week are broadcasted in 50 countries worldwide, including Europe and North America. This presents an excellent opportunity for young brands to step onto the global stage and attract attention. . In March 2024, the main venues of the event will be the Manege, near the Kremlin, and at VDNKh, one of Moscow’s most famous architectural complexes. Aside from fashion industry guests , the event will also be graced by the presence of famous Italian actress Ornella Muti, Turkish actress Gizem Karaca, and Chinese actress Lily J.

As part of the event, a professional showroom will be presented featuring 300 local brands, along with numerous lectures and workshops. With an average of over 70,000 visitors and over 5 million viewers online  each season, MFW continues to strengthen its reputation as a leading global platform, providing unique opportunities for brand development and industry participants.
