Biden aides are trying to protect the 81-year-old president by hiding locations from the media and holding events in smaller locations — so he isn’t mobbed by pro-Palestinian protesters

The White House is trying to protect President Joe Biden from pro-Palestinian protesters who continue to disrupt his campaign rallies to express outrage over his support for Israel’s war in Gaza.

The president’s campaign and security teams are downsizing Biden’s event, keeping exact details from the media until the last minute and avoiding college campuses, according to reports NBC News.

Biden has been repeatedly interrupted by protesters on the campaign trail, who call him “Genocide Joe” because he stands with Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in their war in Gaza following the October 7 Hamas-organized terrorist attacks.

At least 14 different protesters interrupted a January event in Manassas, Virginia featuring Biden and First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff.

Protesters shouted “Genocide Joe” and “Ceasefire now or no vote” and blaming him for his support for war crimes in Gaza, while the president was trying to talk about the need for abortion rights.

‘This is going to take a while. They planned this,” a frustrated Biden said after being repeatedly interrupted.

In February, pro-Palestinian protesters in Michigan shouted “f*** Joe Biden” and chanted “Biden Biden can’t you see, you’re on a killing spree” as he tried to meet with United Auto Workers.

While aides try to protect the president, smaller events further restrict the president from being fully on the campaign trail.

Organizers of a massive fundraiser in New York City with President Biden and former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton are well aware of the challenge of keeping protesters out, discussing whether each guest should be vetted by a private security company, according to NBC.

The difficulties with demonstrators were further illustrated in New York City when demonstrators marched stormed the lobby of the NBC studio where he taped a late-night performance with comedian Seth Meyers.

Harris has also been interrupted by protesters several times during her campaign events, prompting similar action.

Biden’s approach to the ongoing war in Gaza has led many professionals within the Democratic party to believe that Biden is siding too much with Israel, after he traveled to Israel and personally hugged Netanyahu after the attacks.

President Barack Obama’s former National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor criticized Biden for embracing a “hug Bibi” approach with Netanyahu after the Oct. 7 attacks.

“I have thought from the beginning that the approach was a mistake… because I think incredibly poorly of Netanyahu. He is a corrupt, racist bad leader,” he said said during a podcast interview.
