MAFS fans make hilarious comparisons between Lucinda Light’s dad and this legendary Hollywood star – can you guess who?
Married at First Sight fans made hilarious comparisons between Lucinda Light’s dad and a Hollywood legend last night.
Viewers responded enthusiastically to the uncanny resemblance the bride’s father, Michael Reilly, shares with the late actor and comedian Rodney Dangerfield.
“So glad others felt the same way – the resemblance is uncanny,” one viewer wrote on social media.
Dangerfield was an American actor and stand-up comedian best known for his roles in the 1980s films ‘Caddyshack’, ‘Easy Money’ and ‘Back to School’.
The actor died in October 2004 at the age of 82.

Viewers also suggested that Michael shared a resemblance to The Simpsons character Larry Burns, who was voiced by Dangerfield in 1996.
It comes after Timothy Smith was quizzed by Michael for getting ‘too pissed off’ after the dramatic commitment ceremony on Monday.
Tim, 51, and Lucinda, 43, have had a tough few days after the groom felt ‘blindsided’ by his partner when she brought up not feeling ‘wanted’ at Sunday’s commitment ceremony.

Things were very tense between the pair as they headed to see their loved ones, with Tim insisting he planned to be ‘brutally honest’ about their difficulties as they clashed on the way to the meeting.
The couple told Lucinda’s parents Michael and Susan and Tim’s friends Rachelle and Brett about their fight during the commitment ceremony, which saw them wake up in separate apartments that morning.
Lucinda’s father was unimpressed when he heard Tim talk about how angry he was about the situation, and took him for a private interview where he questioned the groom.

Michael’s tough love got through to Tim as he insisted he realized he had been wrong and apologized to Lucinda as they tried to take steps forward.
The scenes came after Tim was left furious when Lucinda brought up during the commitment ceremony that she didn’t feel ‘wanted’ by Tim.
Despite thinking they had had a good few days, Lucinda agreed with the experts when they described the bond as a ‘close friendship’ as they discussed their intimacy hurdle.
Tim told Lucinda not to talk to him as he felt ‘blindsided’ by her comments and emphasized that they should have been a team as he was also angry that everyone in the room had sided with his bride.
