The Block quitter Elle Ferguson bonds with last year’s ‘cheater’ Tanya Guccione

Controversial Blockheads Elle Ferguson and Tanya Guccione seemed like best friends on Wednesday when they were spotted together at an influencer event in Sydney.

Elle, 36, is infamous for stopping the final season just two days before filming, while Tanya, 40, was infamous during last year’s season.

The pair huddled together for a ‘chat’ at the party, where they no doubt bonded over their ‘rogue’ edits on the Channel Nine refurbishment show.

Makeup artist Tanya posted a photo of the two on Instagram, writing in the caption, “Are you sure we had a chat,” alongside a winking emoji.

Elle looked stylish in an all-black ensemble while Tanya rocked her signature vibrant colors and bright purple hair.

Both women made a big impression on The Block over the past two years and left an impression that will not soon be forgotten.

Tanya has been at the center of the show’s biggest cheating scandal in its 17-year history.

She became public enemy number one after snapping a photo of the production schedule early in the season, giving her and her husband Vito an unfair advantage.

She initially claimed she got the photo from an “anonymous tradition,” but was thrown under the bus during the final of The Block last November when fellow contestants Josh and Luke Packham shared details about what had happened.

The Love Island twins, 27, involved Tanya and said she was the one who took the photo of the production schedule and sent it to them.

She eventually burst into tears and came clean before taking third place with Vito, taking $400,000 in profit after selling their property for $3.8 million.

Elle and her fiancé Joel Patfull have only spent two days on the set of The Block this year.

The Bondi couple dropped out of the show just 48 hours after Joel’s mother Trish broke her neck during a fall at her home.

She initially claimed she got the photo from an “anonymous tradition,” but was thrown under the bus during The Block’s final last November when fellow contestants Josh and Luke Packham (pictured) shared details about what happened.

However, the influencer and retired AFL player was later charged with leaving for “p**s poor” reasons when they took down tools in April.

Host Scotty Cam, 59, didn’t mince words, calling their departure “un-Australian” and accusing them of fleeing The Block in the middle of the night without explanation.

Sources responded back to the claims, saying Joel’s mother’s injury was bigger than first thought and claiming the pair met with Block executive producer Julian Cress before leaving the show.
