Sports star looks unrecognisable in EA FC avatar as he shares picture on social media… can you guess who it belongs to?
- The star has often stated that he is a fan of football and video games
- He boasted about an appearance by the Pro Clubs in a social media post on Wednesday
- They will be back in action on Thursday evening after a successful 2024
A popular sports star has shared his EA FC avatar, and it doesn’t appear to be a very clear representation of what he actually looks like.
Formerly known as FIFA, the computer game is based on football and includes a number of game modes, ranging from Ultimate Team, which allows players to create their own team by purchasing players from other users, to Career Mode, in which the player takes control of a team as if it were in real life.
Another aspect of the game is Pro Clubs. It targets many users playing online in the same team and controlling only one player, with up to 11 users in the game to form a team.
One sports star has shared their love for Game Mode by posting a photo of their screen on social media with the caption: ‘I love a game of clubs.’
While it may not be much of a surprise as to who the star was, it may come as a bit more of a shock when their real-life appearance is compared to their in-game character.
Luke Littler has shared a photo of his EA FC avatar on social media looking unrecognizable
The teen darts sensation boasted about an appearance on Pro Clubs in the video game
The character had slicked back hair and a thick beard and looked different from Littler, despite being given the same name in the game
Teen doctor sensation Luke Littler has had a meteoric rise to the game in recent months. He rose to fame after reaching the finals of the World Championships and joining the Pro Tour.
He won his first senior title in Bahrain thanks to the Championships, has since won the Players Championship and sits third in the Premier League after three weeks of action.
The famous Manchester United fan has now made it clear on a number of occasions that he enjoys playing his Xbox in his spare time, joking that he could ‘play Xbox all day’ after losing in the first round of the Players Championship 4 on Tuesday.
Littler shared his love for Pro Clubs on social media on Wednesday evening, less than 24 hours before returning to Premier League action in Newcastle, with a first round match against Peter Wright looming.
He put in what looked like an impressive performance in the post, claiming five goals and one assist, securing a match rating of 10.0 – the maximum – as an overall striker with a rating of 83.
What was even more striking, however, was the appearance of Littler’s avatar, which unlike Littler could be seen as a character with slicked back hair and a thick beard.

However, the 17-year-old won’t be too concerned about his character’s appearance if he wants to continue enjoying success on the Xbox and on the dartboard.
As a professional, Littler has now joined the likes of Rob Cross, Nathan Aspinall, Stephen Bunting and Raymond van Barneveld in the Target Darts stable, who have now released ‘The Nuke’ branded products.
“It is a very special moment to sign a long-term agreement with Target Darts,” he said of the agreement. “They have supported me through the Elite1 program since I was 12 and I look forward to continuing this great relationship in the future.
“With Target, I have access to the best equipment in darts, like the K-Flex flights that I’ve been using since I got them in my goody bag at Target’s launch. The support and attention to detail that Target provides has helped immensely in the development of my game.”
