Brandi Glanville ‘HUMILIATED’ by NBC who HID evidence and tried to silence her after the sexual misconduct allegations, her attorney has claimed, as he accused Caroline Manzo of LYING and ‘feeding a defamatory narrative’ in explosive legal letter

Brandi Glanville’s attorney has claimed that she has been “used and abused by NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros. and Shed Media” for accusing the network of “hiding evidence” that would clear its name in an explosive new legal brief threatening a lawsuit.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 51, has decided to “wage a public reputation war” against the network after they “silenced” her in the wake of sexual abuse allegations against Glanville by her Ultimate Girls’ Trip costar Caroline Manzo.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 62, made headlines in 2023 when she claimed Glanville kissed her without consent and even “forced her vagina against her back” while filming spin-off show Housewives in Morocco.

Last month, Manzo, 62, officially filed a lawsuit against Bravo over her claim that the production encouraged Glanville to engage in sexual harassment.

Now, Glanville’s attorney appears to suggest in a new legal filing that Manzo is lying and insisting no attack occurred, while demanding that the network release “all existing documents and data” related to the allegations.

‘Mrs. Glanville and Ms. Manzo engaged in “dirty dancing, flirting and playful touching,” the letter states. “They shared a few kisses throughout the night.

‘We have heard about an alleged ‘bathroom incident’ through press leaks, but Shed Media has repeatedly refused to allow Ms Glanville or her counsel to view the footage in question; there is no truth in the allegations of impropriety.”

The letter continued: “It is clear that some accusation has been made; However, neither the nature nor source of that claim has been clarified by NBC, Shed Media or Warner Bros.

“From the press reporting – which stems from malicious and deliberate leaks – we understand that Ms. Manzo has formally accused Ms. Glanville of sexual misconduct and that Ms. Glanville has been sent home as a result.”

They continued, “It emphasizes that Ms. Glanville and Ms. Manzo were never alone together; everything that happened took place in the presence of the cast and crew. All events were captured on camera or picked up via microphone.’

Glanville’s legal team maintains her innocence, insisting that the TV star was never alone with Manzo, and that her co-star “at no time demonstrated a lack of consent.”

The letter also accuses Manzo of “feeding a defamatory story” to the media and of being the source behind the press leaks about the claims.

The letter states: “We have every reason to believe that Ms. Manzo, with the tacit or explicit support of Bravo and Shed Media, is the source of the early and extensive press leaks that began immediately after Ms. Glanville’s return home .

“Yet Mrs. Glanville was admonished to remain completely silent and not to defend herself. She was further informed that, assuming she adhered to that directive, she would be given the opportunity to work for Shed Media/Warner Bros. again. to work, on the condition that she complete six months of outpatient therapy at a Warner Bros. affiliated therapist. Mrs. Glanville did so.

‘However, it subsequently became clear that this was a false promise designed to ensure Ms Glanville’s silence.’

It continues: “All the while, Ms. Manzo, Bravo and Shed Media fueled a defamatory narrative that destroyed Ms. Glanville’s reputation, employment prospects, mental health and financial stability and caused untold harm to Ms. Glanville and her family. ‘

In a statement shared with DailyMail.com, attorney Bryan Freedman called on other Bravo and NBC “victims” to contact their team and join the “fight” against the network.

He wrote: “This is yet another example of the reality TV industry’s abusive practices. Mark Geragos and I have heard from thousands of current and former cast members of reality shows about the physical and emotional damage done to them by their participation. NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros. and Shed Media deliberately misappropriate their legal rights, bind them to illegal contracts, and knowingly cause them to suffer in silence.

“We know that there are countless numbers of innocent victims who have yet to tell their stories or seek legal redress. We encourage them all to contact us and join our growing team as we fight for change in this dirty industry.”

The letter highlighted how Glanville has been plagued by health problems since Manzo’s allegations became public, saying she was in “very difficult circumstances” after Bravo attempted to “publicly humiliate and ruin her.”

Glanville’s team accuses the network of a ‘reckless disregard for the mental and emotional health’ of employees – adding that Glanville has been treated as a ‘sacrificial lamb’ and suffered ‘social and economic death’.

They seek evidence from the network’s servers, storage, personal computers, and portable systems.

The legal brief warns that “Ms. Glanville is in a unique position to reveal more revelations and is just one of thousands of stars who have come out against the network in recent years.

TMZ previously reported that Manzo is suing Bravo, claiming the production gave them alcohol while they filmed the spinoff in Morocco in January 2023.

This is evident from court documents obtained by Page sixManzo claims Glanville “pushed her vagina against her back” and “proceeded to mount Manzo on the couch while pinning down Manzo with her body, forcibly pressing Manzo’s cheeks together and sticking her tongue into Manzo’s mouth while fucking her .’

The documents state: “Defendants, including Bravo, regularly ply the Real Housewives cast with alcohol, cause them to become seriously intoxicated, and then direct, encourage, and/or allow them to sexually harass other cast members because that is good for the viewing figures.’

“Caroline Manzo is a victim of these harmful actions,” it added.

In her full statement in response to the lawsuit at the time, a representative for Glanville told DailyMail.com: “Unfortunately, Brandi had to wake up to yet another lawsuit involving defamatory, false allegations about her. During filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault.

“She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without expressions of support from Peacock, Shed or Bravo.”

The statement concluded: “This painful telling seems endless and must stop. She wants to move on and get her life back.”

This isn’t the first lawsuit filed against the network over the Housewives franchise.

Last year, butler Marco Vega – who worked and appeared on season two of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip – filed a lawsuit alleging sexual assault and harassment.

In his lawsuit, Vega said he was “sexually harassed and abused” while filming the show at Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor, claiming he was spanked on the buttocks by Phaedra Parks and was “forcibly undressed” by Glanville, who took off his shirt. .

Leah McSweeney filed a discrimination complaint with Bravo last year, claiming she had to miss her grandmother’s funeral due to filming commitments.

A lawsuit filed by McSweeney is said to be imminent, Page six reported at the time.

In August, a bombshell revealed that 80 reality stars had banded together to accuse the network of “covering up sexual assault, endorsing revenge porn, exploiting minors and denying mental health treatment.”

Bethenny Frankel is said to have led the charge, although the former RHONY star has since clarified that she is not one of the people officially pursuing legal action against Bravo or NBC.
