An onlooker told it The sun: ‘Maya and Stormzy smoked before checking in on their flight to London.

In 2020, Stormzy said he had ‘quit smoking weed’ to protect his mental health.
The rapper said he “suffered from mental health issues for years” and that smoking marijuana only worsened his depression.
He explained: ‘If you have mental health problems, stop smoking weed. It’s not good for your mental health.
‘In recent years I have suffered from psychological problems. Whenever I felt depressed, I would lock myself in and smoke weed, and it just got worse and worse.
“It doesn’t help your situation. It will ruin you. It feels good for about twenty minutes and then… we all know it, us pot smokers, we know how it goes.”
